Very good service.

Fast, nice, professional. I've used this company twice now (for two different reasons) and everything is working fine. They're clean with the work areas too.

What a wonderful experience. The person who answered my phone call mid-afternoon on a Friday was very friendly and polite, and later I learned that it was the owner’s daughter. She’s a gem. Then within minutes, the owner Don was on his way to my house for an assessment of a situation I was really worried about. I got just the help I needed from this visit, no more no less. Hence, I actually trust this company and will call upon them whenever I have any electrical problem or want any new wiring.

Steve did a great job for me fixing the mess I made while I attempted to change out two switches in my kitchen. The price was reasonable, just what I expected. Steve's work is professional, and he left me feeling confident that the work was done right.

Don sent his man out to fix my electricity they're very professional and quick he only gave me a small tongue lashing for my distorted rigging of my electrical panel it was funny they didn't find it as humorous as I did though. I haven't seen that much worry on someone's face in a while lol

Don was great to work with. We were having an HVAC system put in a home. I worked with someone else who didn't quite get what I needed. Don sent someone the same day, explained I didn't need a bigger panel, but explained how to get the best use out of what I had. He gave me a good price, and was fast. I should point out he asked if I had detailed pictures of the electrical panel, which I did. He was able to understand my needs better because I sent him clear detailed pictures. That was important to him. Thank you Don.

We are new to the area and were needing an electrician. We called Alum Creek Electric and they were very quick to respond and solved our issue. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a very pleasurable experience with great customer service. ACE will get my business from here on out.

Was the cheapest bid, and was prompt and thorough. A tree limb fell across my power line, and he was prompt to respond. Had me hooked up that same day. Even went above and beyond by replacing the bits of wood that had been pulled off of my outside wall. Cheerful, and efficient. I would recommend him to anybody.

It's beautiful out there and being part of the State Park there is security trucks that patrol.

This man was amazing. He had a booked schedule & still came out the same night to get the electricity working in my disabled son's bedroom. He answered all my questions, and even at 8 pm on a cold night was pleasant to talk to. I look forward to rescheduling him to come out to take care of the remainder of electrical issues later on.

Great electrician, honest and trustworthy

Don and his son Jeff are top notch!! We met Don years ago when we called him on a Saturday after my husband had a project gone wrong. We learned never to play with electricity again! Don came over within the hour and fixed it - on Saturday! We have used no one else ever since. I cant even begin to tell you how many things he has done for us - We live on over 50 acres and we have given him many challenges with prior electrical problems being solved to new building projects, outdoor lights, sprinkler systems, pool pump - you name it - we have not been able to stump him yet! His work is quality and he is passing that same work ethic and quality to his son. The confidence I have in this man is the highest. We tell him what we are thinking and he takes it and runs with it - we trust him completely! We will never use anyone else - highly recommend! All said - Don is simply a good man who is extremely talented.

Don has done work for me several times. He added electricity to my barn and he also redid the electricity in my workshop. He's done several things to my house, like redo the lighting in my kitchen. He does incredible work and he's also a really nice guy, not someone you would be afraid to have in your home. I have recommended him to friends and neighbors who have also been very impressed with him. I highly recommend him!
